Hi! I am Gail Root, a Kingdom Business Coach for women of faith who are called to lead & coach, in and out of direct sales and network marketing. Women who want to build thriving businesses with faith and joy, and refuse to give up their God given values to do so!

I am the founder of the Kingdom Dreamchasers™ Movement - I host weekly podcasts, a Youtube channel and mentor & train in the FB group by the same name. Like-minded kingdom business women gather to inspire, encourage and Arise to the dreams God is (re)birthing in them!

God called me to retire after decades in the industry, so that I could exclusively focus on coaching women to work from rest, love their life and build their thriving businesses -WITH God- on His values.

I help my clients to SCALE and GROW by walking with them in a proven system [90 Days to Done™] that launches their personal brand, markets and leads with real value and builds real relationships. Missy Hitz is a passionate, seasoned entrepreneur and coach based in Erie, PA.

She signed her Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultant agreement over 20 years ago in 2004, and is currently a MK Team Leader.

Missy is the founder of Monacella Massage & Kinesiology LLC, a thriving business she started in 2008. With a team of over 10 employees and recent expansion to a new million dollar waterfront location, her journey is one of growth and dedication.

Because of her business endeavors, Missy is a long time mentor to entrepreneurs, with a special focus on productivity and guiding women who are looking to excel in both their professional and personal lives.

Raised by parents who owned a small business, and her experience as a teacher and manager, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her coaching practice.

Hi I am Deb! I am married 16 years to Harry; have: 3 children; 2 grandkids; 3 step daughters; 9 step grandkids! Harry and I have a joint mission which continues to come to fruition. While we achieved a 20+ year dream/vision of creating space and opportunities for authentic connections/community, we still look for ways to continue our mission today!

I am a retired CPA - was in private practice working primarily with business owners for many years.

I have owned retail, online, and brick and mortar businesses all of my adult life. Specifically, owned a 5 location coffee business in Chicago for 10 years; in partnership with my husband Built that business to $3M in sales. Averaging $12-15,000/day in gross sales between all locations.

Since selling, not a day goes by that I don’t miss the fun, the people, and the community, despite the hard work it took!
